Job Placement Services

Objective:

To assist unemployed youth in finding suitable employment opportunities that match their skills, interests, and career goals.

Implementation:

• Career Counseling: We provide one-on-one career counseling sessions to assess individuals’ strengths, interests, and career aspirations and offer guidance on career paths and job search strategies.
• Job Matching: We connect job seekers with potential employers through our network of partner organizations, job fairs, and online platforms, matching them with suitable employment opportunities.
• Resume Building and Interview Preparation: We offer workshops and training sessions to help individuals create professional resumes, improve their interview skills, and enhance their employability.
